After shampooing hair apply this great nourishing deep
conditioner all over from roots to ends, pop a moist towel
in the microwave for 30 seconds or less, feel to make sure towel is a warm tempeture then wrap around hair.
Leave in for around 20 mintues then rinse for 5 mins.
